SRQ Logistics Center is a 300 acre mixed-use project located in Manatee County, FL directly East of the Sarasota International Airport.

The Park is currently home to an Amazon Last Mile warehouse, 1million square foot cold storage distribution facility constructed for United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI) and a future distribution facility for Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. It is bordered by a 6.7 acre retail parcel at the south end of the property along University Parkway.

Additionally, the Park has entitlements for roughly 1,000 multifamily dwelling units with the first phase currently under construction with Greystar.
