Kevin has over 15 years of real estate analysis, underwriting, marketing, brokerage and industry experience with over $1.3B in transactions closed in Central Florida. Prior to co-founding Peak Development, Kevin was a partner and founding member at Franklin Street, a full-service commercial real estate company based in Tampa, Florida.

Throughout his career, Kevin has assisted companies of all sizes including private clients with large portfolios, single properties, and institutional owners in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily real estate throughout Florida. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys an active lifestyle with his family and coaching youth sports.
