Kevin has over 15 years of real estate analysis, underwriting, marketing, brokerage and industry experience with over $1.3B in transactions closed in Central Florida. Prior to founding Peak Development, Kevin was a partner and Founding Member at Franklin Street, a full-service commercial real estate company based in Tampa, Florida.

Throughout his career, Kevin has assisted companies of all sizes including private clients with large portfolios, single properties, and institutional owners in the acquisition and disposition of real estate throughout Florida. The National Real Estate Forum Magazine recognized Kevin as an 'Emerging Leader' for excellence in deal execution.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys an active lifestyle with his family and coaching youth sports.
