Chase joined Peak Development in 2018 as an Asset Manager. In this role, he underwrites new business opportunities, manages new project development including draw requisitions and project marketing, and assists in all asset transactions and transition.

Prior to joining Peak, Chase spent three years with Deutsche Bank as an analyst in investment banking within their commission sharing and research group.
