Roy Dickie has over 36 years of real estate development, project and construction management, and industry experience. Prior to founding Peak Development, Roy led the construction management division of Harrod Properties, a development company located in Tampa, Florida.

Roy began his career at Trammell Crow (now part of CBRE) before starting his own construction management firm, Roy Dickie Company, where he consulted for some of the largest lending institutions including CITI Group and Blackrock for fund deployment.

Mr. Dickie earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida. He is an active member of CFMA. Out of the office, Roy enjoys playing golf, flying, and boating.
